A question regarding releases on the upgradeable contracts

If you have a look at the Upgradeable contract repo, the latest tag https://github.com/OpenZeppelin/openzeppelin-contracts-upgradeable/releases/tag/v4.9.0 isn't marked as the latest release, is this intentional ? I ask this because of the fact that it got promoted from an RC tag to a real one.

The latest release is still said to be https://github.com/OpenZeppelin/openzeppelin-contracts-upgradeable/releases/tag/v4.8.3 ?
