Let's say you have an ERC-20 token with 0 decimals. Can you have a 0.1% transfer tax on such a token? What about a 0.1% buy/sell tax?

as longs as user handles more than 1000 tokens in the transaction yes, you can have 0.1% transfer tax

if user transfers less than 1000 tokens, you need to check how the smart contract calculates the fees, depends on the math logic
